And Holi is very fussy about fruitcakes – she makes her own Christmas cakes – but she thought yours was wonderful. It is truly beautiful and I can well imagine took a very long time to make (not to m...ention the stole). The detail is fantastic with something to find every time you look at it - the bread and cup, the stole, the scallop shells, the Jerusalem cross and the intricate and detailed lettering. So, thank you so much for your care over it. It really was the centrepiece of the day and much admired and photographed by people (more than me!).
